We are looking for individuals in the following roles:

Sr. Neuropsychologist

    We are looking for an experienced Sr. Neuropsychologist to join our team and help us realize the potential of this technology to benefit the medical community. The senior Neuropsychologist will oversee and evaluate clinical efficacy, provide neuropsychological expertise to product development and commercialization, help guide regulatory approval, and maintain and advance ongoing research.

    Duties/Activities
  • Provide clinical expertise in cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychological assessment related to the dementias and other neurologic disorders.
  • Serve as the clinical expert in interactions with potential clients, investors, regulatory agencies, insurers, and in other public forums.
  • Work in collaboration with other staff to design, conduct, and report on research pertaining to current and future products.
  • Work collaboratively to author manuscripts and other scientific materials.
  • Engage as needed in all aspects of business development, sales, and operations.
  • Assist in the creation of clinical documentation to support regulatory applications.

  • Qualifications
  • PhD in an APA approved program in clinical or experimental psychology or related field and one or two-year APA approved postdoctoral fellowship/residency in neuropsychology.
  • Board certified or board eligible in clinical neuropsychology.
  • Licensed or license eligible in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience. Training in process approach and diagnostic expertise across a broad spectrum of neurologic disorders including Alzheimer’s, dementias, movement disorders, neurodegenerative disorders and TBI required.
  • Substantial research experience and publication history, statistical knowledge and technical skills including research design.
  • Current, relevant, and substantial knowledge of AD biomarkers and genetics.

Clinical Research Associate

    We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join our team and provide statistical expertise.

    Duties/Activities
  • Liaise with the Principal Investigator, clinical operations staff and sponsor representatives.
  • Perform pre-study initiation, interim monitoring and close out visits.
  • Monitor clinical trials to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice, Federal Regulatory Requirements, and study procedures.
  • Manage sites to ensure proper adherence to protocols and verify data entries.
  • Develop, review and edit clinical trial related documentation including but not limited to; case report forms, informed consent forms, study specific handbooks, guidelines, and checklists.
  • Design, develop and/or review study protocols.
  • Complete and compile all necessary research, documentation, and information to gain appropriate regulatory and ethical committee approval where required.
  • Provide first level technical support to study sites.
  • Participate in data analysis.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or a related field.
  • Clear understanding of Medical Device Regulations.
  • Prior Clinical Research Associate experience in medical device trials.
  • Work experience within a contract research organization or medical device company.
  • Ability to independently perform all necessary study visits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with Principal Investigators and study team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Principal QA Engineer

    We are looking for an experienced software engineer to serve as our Principal QA Engineer. We are seeking someone who wants to help us grow this exciting new venture with the potential to do a lot of good for the medical community.

    Duties/Activities
  • Test the software developed to ensure software quality, using automated mechanisms wherever possible.
  • Participate in QMS processes and documentation.
  • Manage the release and deployment process of software.
  • Configure, maintain and monitor cloud-hosted servers.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues.

  • Qualifications
  • BS in Computer Science or similar.
  • Strong ability to write code, ideally in JavaScript/Node.js.
  • Strong background in testing, ideally with automation systems like Selenium.
  • Strong background in web-technology.
  • Self-Directed, capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • 5+ Years software testing experience.
  • Bonus points for regulatory compliance background, especially QMS systems (ISO 13485/ISO 9001), FDA procedures (20 CFR 820), or medical devices (IEC 62304).
  • Bonus points for background in databases (MySQL), cloud hosting (AWS), and Linux.
